Parking & Transportation Coordinator - Full Time

As our Parking & Transportation Coordinator, you will oversee parking and transportation logistics, manage event staff schedules, and ensure a smooth guest experience through effective operations and communication.

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain and distribute parking calendars, schedules, and phone line updates.
• Communicate parking schedule and updates with external partners, government agencies, and internal departments to ensure seamless transportation operations.
• Provide customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving parking-related issues, and reviewing survey feedback and CSAT scores.
• Coordinate parking and vehicle rental logistics, including tracking availability and ensuring proper fueling of company vehicles.
• Collaborate with People & Culture team with onboarding new staff, including orientation and distribution of parking passes for part-time and full-time employees.
• Assist in the development of training for part-time event staff on event parking operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee event-day parking operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow, proper signage, and efficient use of parking resources.
• Analyze parking and transportation operations to identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement solutions.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of direct customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and guests.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.
• Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to unexpected challenges during events.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and phone systems.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions during events.

WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• 3+ years of similar work experience in parking operations, transportation logistics, or event operations.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in parking operations.
