As our Learning & Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving employee and leader performance through innovative and impactful learning initiatives. Leveraging your skills in needs assessment, content development, program management, and collaboration, you will design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective learning solutions. From developing training materials to managing learning and performance systems, you will shape the way our employees learn, grow, and succeed.
TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT: This is a 6-month temporary assignment with a possibility for extension depending on business needs. The role is full-time and benefits eligible. You’ll be working on-site in a hybrid work environment, with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and adept project manager who thrives on designing compelling, people-centric employee development experiences. They will have a passion for lifelong learning, an interest in simplifying the complex, and a talent for inspiring and engaging learners at all levels. If you are detail-oriented, driven by process improvement, and skilled in both digital learning design and live facilitation, you will be an ideal match.
