As our Ticketing Manager, you will assist in all aspects of Ticket Operations including event management, managing part-time staff, and maintaining customer service standards for the department. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations.

DAY-TO-DAY:
- Build and manage ticketed events, promotional offers, and packages, working closely with the Assistant Director.
- Coordinate with departments such as Ticket Sales and Service to ensure accurate setup, pricing, and inventory management across all points of sale.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to support seamless event execution and ongoing improvements in ticketing processes.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time ticketing staff, providing continuous support and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a go-to resource for team members, sharing event information and ticket-selling strategies.
- Assist the general public with ticketing inquiries, including event availability, pricing, seat selection, and parking details, via phone and in person.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance the fan experience.
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, balance transactions, and address adjustments or chargebacks in collaboration with the finance team.
- Process payment plans, monitor balances, and ensure proper reconciliation of financial statements and sales reports.
- Carry out accounting best practices for all financial transactions.
- Track and monitor online and CRM sales to detect fraudulent purchases or broker activity and protect inventory integrity.
- Create and manage invoices, renewals, and monthly statements for ticket sales.
- Act as a liaison between the Ticket Office and ticketing system support to coordinate on-sales, promotional discounts, and issue resolution.
