Team Attendant - Part Time

As our Team Attendant – Part Time, you will primarily support Rip City Remix, our G-League team, with the opportunity to occasionally assist the Portland Trail Blazers. You will be responsible for supporting the equipment needs of the team, including setting up and breaking down the court and locker rooms before and after each game, rebounding for teams during practices and games, and ensuring the court remains clean and safe by performing cleanup duties throughout the games.

Availability Requirement: Please note that this role requires your availability during all preseason games, home games, and playoff games, if applicable. Your commitment to this schedule is essential to ensure the smooth operation and support of the team throughout the season.

DAY-TO-DAY: 

• Attend all home preseason, regular season, and playoff games.
• Responsible for pre-game locker room and courtside setup of game equipment
• Responsible for post-game locker room and courtside breakdown.
• Keep all on-court items stocked, organized and accessible.
• Responsible for rebounding for team pre-game and halftime.
• Work closely with Director of Equipment & Logistics and other team staff to address any last-minute needs or changes, ensuring a seamless game-day experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Are responsible and professional in all aspects of your work.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, with a typical call time of 3 pm.
• Are available for all Rip City Remix Home Games.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others.
• Have the ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.
