Your New Role: Whether our guests are here to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist light up the stage, you contribute to making their night extraordinary.

Whether our guests are attending a game to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist Illuminate the stage, as our Box Office Supervisor, you will lead all aspects of the Box Office Ticket Seller shift, along with greeting and assisting guests of the Rose Quarter with all event ticket purchases while accurately handling monetary transactions.

 

Day to Day:

  • Selling tickets for all events at the Rose Quarter when necessary.
  • Resolving ticket problems.
  • Preparing cash bags for Ticket Sellers.
  • Maintaining safety while working with 50% sitting and 50% bending/walking
  • Answering questions, providing direction, and interacting with customers via phone
  • Preparing and reconciling ticket set-ups for outside sales at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
  • Assisting in updating event information books.
  • Reading detailed CAD drawings.
  • Directing and greeting guests in Box Office lobby.
  • Assisting guests with special needs.

 

            

THIS ROLE IS A MATCH FOR YOU IF:

  • You have some ticket system knowledge is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with a strong customer service background.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, and meet our minimum availability requirement.
  • You demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You demonstrate accurate cash handling and monetary transactions
  • You can understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written directions.
  • You possess effective social and oral communication skills.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • You have computer proficiency and can work most of your shift sitting with 25% bending and walking.
  • The ability to rotate duties as needed and perform other reasonable job-related duties.
