Your New Role:

Whether our guests are here to see their favorite player on the court or to watch our halftime performance, you will be the person making their night extraordinary.

As our Premium Concierge – Basketball Operations, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include providing a seamless experience to our premium guests during our basketball games.

This role will be starting in September to support our NBA season.

• You greet our guests with a warm welcome and provide directional assistance.
• You create a hospitable and inclusive environment for guests of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
• Learn the names and requirements of every arriving/departing member and use it to your advantage by creating moments that leave a lasting impression.
• Assist with organization and data collection in Smartsheet.
• Flexible with how we handle individual guest norms and routines.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommend courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• You meet the requirements of the position outlined below.

You're Qualified If:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are able to operate a computer and work within multiple systems.
• Demonstrate the capability to work effectively as a team with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• You understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction and possess effective social and oral communication skills.
• You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, and meet our minimum availability requirement.
